Trigger Point Therapy
Also known as Neuromuscular Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy applies concentrated pressure to “trigger points” (painful irritated areas in muscles) to break cycles of spasm and pain. When pressure is applied to the trigger points the muscle can then relax and the pain is lessened.

the term “Swedish Massage” refers to a variety of gentle therapeutic massage techniques specifically designed to relax muscles by the use of kneading, long stroking motions, friction, and vibration. This increases the oxygen flow in the blood and releases toxins from the muscles.

An ancient Chinese technique that uses pressure-point massage (usually on the feet, but also on the hands and ears) to restore the flow of energy throughout the entire body. Reflexology is based on the premise that there are reflexes in our hands, feet and ears that relate to every organ and part of our body. By stimulating these reflexes with pressure and manipulation, nerve function and blood supply may be improved, which may alleviate stress and other health problems

Thai Massage is an ancient healing system that combines broad and targeted acupressure, stimulation and manipulation of energy lines, and assisted yoga postures. There is constant body contact between the service provider and client, but rather than rubbing on muscles, the body is compressed, pulled, stretched and rocked in order to clear energy blockages and relieve tension.
