Structural Integration is a form of bodywork rooted in osteopathy, focused on alignment and biomechanics. Through postural assessment and gentle yet deep myofascial techniques, this practice systematically facilitates the release of chronic tension and restrictive patterns throughout the body’s vast connective tissue network, known as fascia

Somatics are body-centered practices that empower individuals to change patterns of emotion, thought, and physical embodiment. These practices amplify the innate healing capacities of the body and mind. Somatic practices cultivate peace and balance through a blend of touch, breathwork, movement, visualization & reflective dialogue, as indicated by the goals of each client.

Somatic Structural Integration sessions support :

  • sustainable long-term relief from pain, trauma, and stress
  • posture and alignment
  • mobility, range of motion & flexibility
  • energy & vitality
  • emotional & physiological well being
